Description
Ein vierjähriger Junge erleidet einen Verlustkonflikt, als sich beide Eltern unter dramatisch Umständen trennen, und er bei der Mutter bleiben muss. Die fortschreitende Nekrose des Hodengewebes äußert sich auch in einem nun vorliegenden Pendelhoden. Mit 11 Jahren kann dieser Konflikt emotional gelöst werden, indem die Mutter den Jungen in einer sehr emotionalen Sitzung um Verzeihung bittet. Bereits wenige Tage später zeigen sich die ersten Symptome (Hodenschwellung) und es erfolgt eine genau 9 Monate dauernde pcl-Phase mit allen markanten Symptomen. 14 Tage vor Ende der pcl-Phase beginnt der Bart zu sprießen und der Stimmbruch kommt.
